There is no cost to you to participate in this program. Our services are provided at no charge to you because we are compensated by the seller of the new home you purchase. That means you receive expert guidance and support throughout the process without paying any program fees. Unfortunately, if you are currently working with another real estate agent, you are not eligible to participate in this program. Program benefits are available only to buyers who are not already represented by a real estate professional.

Your credit will not be affected negatively by using this program.

It depends on the terms of your current lease agreement. As part of the lease termination process, we always negotiate with your landlord to request the return of your security deposit whenever possible. While the final decision rests with the landlord and the condition of the property, we work to achieve the best possible outcome on your behalf.
